☆˖ Communication
- I only work from Monday to Saturday mostly from 6 pm (GTM-4). On Sunday I can only answer minor questions
- Please avoid using AI as a reference as much as possible (except for simple things like appearance)☆˖ Payments
- Paypal or national method (Venezuela)
- Payments by paypal are made by invoice
- Payment in advance
- If the payment exceeds $30 usd it can be done in installments
- Refunds not allowed☆˖ Revisions
- I will keep in touch with the client for updates
- Every time I do an update, I won't go forward until the client approves it
- You have access to 3 free changes, after that each change costs $5 USD
- Changes are only allowed before delivery of the final result☆˖ Deadlines and delivery
- The sketch is sent no later than 48 hours after start the commission
- Base waiting time is 10 working days, can increase depending on each job
- An email is required to send the final work
- Once the commission is delivered, after a period of 3 months, the editable file will be deleted☆˖ Use
- Completely prohibited from using the art on AI pages/apps, no exceptions
- For commercial use 50% is added to the final price (Also applies for use on Twitch or similar platforms)☆˖ Intellectual property Rights
- I have permission to publish the commission or use it as an example. If you want to keep your order private it's $20 extra
